call us and we will follow a clear process with you to help you determine
whether we can satisfy your needs. A typical sequence of events would
be as follows: |

- Initial meeting(s)
- To understand both what you are looking for and how well
Designkey could address your needs
- Present initial ideas
- Following this we would give you some very initial ideas on
design, cost range and timetable
- Decision in principle - at this point you may
either decide to:
- Go ahead and commission Designkey or
- Undertake more detailed requirements and feasibility work
- the aim being to provide you with an initial detailed estimate
of costs
- To do this we will have to undertake much more detailed
(and hence chargeable) work with you
- We would undertake more detailed functional specification
requirements and a prototyping/design phase, resulting in
a more detailed estimate
- Client decision
- Armed with this estimate, you can then commission the project
with us
- We can charge for our work either on a time and materials
basis, or on a fixed price basis which is usually preferred
